How this reading works
This reading compares the last week or two with what came before it, using only what you have noticed yourself. Your answers cover three kinds of signal: how replies and who-starts-the-conversation look now against how they looked earlier; whether plans get a day attached, drift or get called off, and whether the small things someone says they'll do tend to happen; and how much of keeping the thread alive is coming from you. Two more answers matter most: how long the change has lasted, and whether there is something in their life you already know about. Steady signals mean the pattern looks much like it did before. Slower signals mean something has changed in one place while something real is still showing up in another. Signals too new to read mean there isn't enough before-and-after yet. Signals going quiet mean the change has spread and lasted. What it cannot know is why someone has gone quieter. This reading works from what you tell it: it looks for patterns in your answers, it cannot see anything you did not describe, it does not know what anyone else is thinking, and it does not predict what happens next.

Does this work whether it's a he, a she or they?
Yes, and in exactly the same way. The eleven questions ask about replies, plans, effort and timing, and none of them changes with who either of you is. However you phrased the search that brought you here, this one page answers it.
Is this accurate?
It is as accurate as what you have actually noticed, because your answers are all it has. It reads the change you describe and says what that shape often goes with. It does not know what the other person is thinking, what is going on in their week that they haven't mentioned, or what they will do next. Answer it again in two weeks and the reading may have moved, which is the point of reading a change over time rather than one slow reply.
Is this a quiz or a calculator?
A calculator in the plain sense that it takes your specific answers and gives back a reading of the pattern — not a quiz with a right answer, and not a score. Nothing here is graded, no band means you failed, and "it's always varied" or "not sure" are real answers rather than blanks. What you get is one reading and one step that costs you nothing.
Is it private?
Nothing you answer leaves your phone. The reading is worked out on your device, nothing about you or about them is stored, and no name, message or screenshot is ever asked for. If you share the result, the card carries the calculator name and the reading name only.
What's the difference between a busy week and ghosting?
Three things, and none of them is reply speed on its own. Breadth: a busy week usually shows up in one place — replies slow down, but plans still land and they still ask you things. Duration: a few days is a busy week; the same pattern holding for a month is not. And a known reason: a quiet that comes with something you already knew about, especially when they said when it would ease, reads differently from one with nothing behind it. This reading weighs all three together. What it cannot do is tell you which one is true for one particular person, and it doesn't pretend to.
