Crush
Crush Potential
Is there something here, or is it just you? This one skips the part where two names become a number and reads the situation you are actually in — how much room it has, and where the room runs out.
What this looks at
- Where and how often your paths cross, and what connects you beyond that one place
- How much you actually talk, and how it goes when you do
- Whether the timing is open, and whether you are in a place to want something
This is a reading of the situation you describe — not a fact about how anyone feels, not advice, and not a number pulled out of the air. For entertainment and reflection. More in the disclaimer.

How this reading works
Crush Potential reads the situation around a crush rather than the crush itself. Your answers cover four things: where and how often your paths cross without either of you arranging it, and what connects you beyond that one place; how much real conversation there is and how it goes; whether the timing is open, as far as the other person has said out loud; and where you are in your own life right now. Two lighter questions ask whether it feels two-way and whether common ground has turned up. Open potential means the setting, the contact and the timing all leave room. Mixed potential means some of what this needs is here and one piece is clearly missing. Early potential means not enough has happened yet for this to have a shape. Quiet potential means the room is small right now, which is about the situation rather than about anyone. It cannot know whether the other person is drawn to you, how they feel, or what happens next. This reading works from what you tell it: it looks for patterns in your answers, it cannot see anything you did not describe, it does not know what anyone else is thinking, and it does not predict what happens next.
Questions people ask
Does this work whether it's a he, a she or they?
Yes, identically — same questions, same reading. This one page is written for anyone with a crush on anyone, and nothing in the questions assumes a gender, an orientation or a relationship structure on either side.
Is this accurate?
It is as accurate as what you have noticed yourself, because that is all it has. It reads the shape of the situation you described — the setting, the contact, the timing and where you are — and it cannot see whether the other person is drawn to you or what they are thinking. Read it again in a month and it may well come out differently, because situations move even when nobody does anything about them.
Is this a quiz or a calculator?
Neither, despite the name. There is no right answer and no number: it sorts what you described into one of four readings about how much room the situation has, and gives you one thing you could do this week. Nothing is graded, and no result here is a better result than another.
Is it private?
No answer you tap leaves your device. The reading is worked out there, nothing about you or about the person you have a crush on is stored, and if you share the card it carries the reading's name and its one line — never an answer, and never anything about them or about where you know them from.
It came back Quiet potential — is that a no?
No. Quiet potential is a reading of how much room the situation has right now: often one setting, little contact, or a circumstance neither of you picked. It does not say what the other person feels and it does not say what happens next. Situations like that change on their own, and the step this reading offers is about your own week rather than about them.
They have mentioned seeing someone. Is it worth reading at all?
Yes, and the reading treats that as information rather than a verdict. It is one of the few things here you were actually told rather than left to guess at, and it does change how much room the situation has at the moment. Nothing in the reading suggests waiting it out or working around it; every step it offers is something you can do inside your own week.
